1. ACCEPTANCE
Welcome, The services and products provided by Quran Project are subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be altered by us from time to time without notice. When using the Quran Project website or any of its services, you and Quran project shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. Quran Project currently provides users with access to a large collection of resources. You agree that the services may include certain communications from Quran Project, such as service announcements and administrative messages, and that these communications are considered part of Quran Project membership and you may not be able to opt out of receiving them.

3-4.POSTAGE, PIVACKAGE, AND DELERY You understand and acknowledge that, for UK orders, Quran Project will charge a postage fee on the products which shall be made clear to you in the �checkout� process. All overseas orders are handled by the Post Office via Air mail and bulk orders are dispatched via third party courier service providers such as Interparcel or myhermes. You understand that all orders over the minimum standard delivery rate will be weighed and calculated using the couriers calculation processes. Quran Project reserves the right to add an additional charge in compliance with current courier rates if any order exceeds certain weight limitations.Quran Project makes every effort to dispatch goods within 24 hours of payment clearing, but reserves the right to exceed the time frame and cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, however Quran Project will aim to dispatch orders within our preferred time-frame.
5. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
Quran Project reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Quran Project shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that Quran Project is not responsible for the availability of external sites or resources and third party links, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Quran Project shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
9. CANCELLATION REFUNDS AND RETURNS
You understand and acknowledge that all goods due to be returned to The Quran Project should be returned within 7 working days for a full refund. You understand that The Quran Project will only refund items that have not been used, remain in their original package and are accompanied with the original receipt issued by The Quran Project. Once your order has been dispatched, The Quran Project will only refund the total price excluding postage. The Quran Project will in its sole discretion will decide whether they shall refund or accept a refund which is not accompanied by proof of postage.
